Last week I was reprimanded by T.Anonymous ;) for telling her that the Air-con was on fire.
Alright, after reading the intro part, you’re probably thinking “Well that iswrong! You made up a story! You don’t have the right to complain about it!” WAIT! let me finish my explanation… (which you should do by the way to people when they’re trying to explain something. Don’t just cut them while they’re explaining, let them finish what they have to say for it is the proper way of conversing)… The air-con’s cover from the wall, we were all shocked so we called the teacher. One of my classmates called T. Anonymous and told her what happened. And here I am being all silly and weird , I told the teacher “hey teacher, the air-con is on fire”(joking tone)When you read it like this, it seems wrong. But if you understand that I was merely trying to make the upset teacher smile, you would get it.
I guess I didn’t do it right, she accused me of gossiping… WAIT A MINUTE! How is cracking a joke to one person gossiping?! Lemme open my dictionary… “Gossip: A person who spreads intimate or private rumors or facts.” I don’t think my issue falls into this category. Okay, before this get’s out of hand, I have to tell you my teacher’s side. She told me what I did was wrong because we have SPED(speial Ed) students who cannot “take in” their daily dose of vitamin joke… I agreed with the teacher but I tried to explain to her that I had no intention of causing trouble or anything like that. I told her it was just a Two-bald-men-pulling-their-hairs-out joke. She probably understood this but it was too late. The Incident Report was made and that dirty mark on my permanent record was pawed on by a dirty doggy… The bad thing about this is that they give you the bad mark then they consult you for questions and explanations. Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Anyway I learned my mistake, do not pull jokes on people whom you know can’t take it. I also learned that there are some people out there who might misinterpret small jokes and think of it has a real thing. Fire is a serious thing and I shouldn’t be foolin’ with it. I thank God and my teachers for letting me get into this situation, for if I didn’t know this 20 years from now, I would’ve ended up in jail for causing a riot or something. Thank you teachers, and thank you Lord for using my teachers as an instrument. You made them make me make you save my life :D! I love my school! You don’t get this kind of education anywhere else ;)
dont you just love the Picture? I made that ;))
ReplyDeleteWell it's good that after ranting, you know how to look at the situation "on the other side of the fence," so to speak. That makes me so proud of you - because you know how to balance things out. That's what we need in media - a person who is fair and sees things at a larger scope. Good job!
ReplyDelete@mom : Thanks Mom! I love hearing your feedback every morning when you take me to school :D I love you :D
